As a career coach, I love to provide mentorship for people to achieve career goals. For more than two years, I have dedicated my time to educating, supporting, and guiding junior and mid level designers (0-3 years experience) , aspiring students with no prior experience who aim to enter the field of UX and gain admission to top UX schools.

I have coached more than 200 designers and was a speaker at UXGo and ADPlist, and have been recognized as one of the top 1% mentors for July, Aug Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec 2023, and one of top 50 female mentors in Interaction Design on ADPlist.

About me

I am a senior product designer in the Bay Area and have 5+yrs of launching SaaS products and consumer products for rapidly growing startups. I have the most up-to-date interview experience and have acquired a robust understanding of the recruiting process over the past 5 years. My expertise lies in driving monetization, user acquisition, and the rapid execution of data-driven experiments.

For more than 2 years, I have coached and mentored many creatives and tech professionals and saw amazing transformations in their lives. My greatest joy and fulfillment come from helping others to grow and achieve their goals.
